India has vast territorial boundaries consisting of Land & Coastal borders. Ensuring safety and security of these borders is a complex task with presence of multiple stakeholders, inhospitable terrain, heterogeneous social features besides cross border terrorism, illegal migration, crime, smuggling ( including of drugs). It is compounded by cross border ethno-linguistic cultural affinities & familial ties.
Therefore considering these wide range of issues we have adopted strategy of Border Management . It is in pursuance of this objective SAPI has organised this webinar to create awareness and invite ideas to improve It further.
